2. Draw the installation flow chart of steel structure and install it according to the flow chart. Before installation, the embedded accuracy of all anchor bolts shall be checked, and the spatial position and design drawing shall be corrected in time to ensure the accuracy of anchor bolt position.
3. The installation sequence of the components should be carefully designed to form a rigid body as soon as possible, so that the installation can continue to maintain a stable state, and it is also easy to eliminate errors in the installation of the steel structure.
4. Necessary checking calculation shall be carried out for component hoisting. Measures should be taken to prevent distortion and damage to components with low lateral stiffness.
5. During the installation of columns or steel structures, beams and supports should be installed in time, and temporary fixing of cables and wind ropes should be added if necessary.
6. The installation of steel column should pay attention to control the influence of temperature difference on the verticality of components, adjust the side amount to the verticality of the standard column determined first, and review other columns.
7. When the column is installed, the positioning axis of each column must be directly led up from the control axis of the ground, and the column top axis of the next column shall not be used as the positioning axis of the previous column.
8. The steel structure installation site welding environment, welding position, high-altitude operations, air temperature and humidity adverse due to cable is very easy to produce weld defects, it must take appropriate measures to overcome the impact of these adverse factors. Rework and repair of unqualified welds shall not exceed two times.
9. The torque wrench used for high-strength bolts must be calibrated before use and calibrated after use. Once the calibration torque error is found to exceed the allowable range, the bolts tightened by the wrench are all unqualified.
High-strength bolts shall be inspected after final tightening, and nuts can be tested one by one by using small hammer tapping method. The torque shall also be sampled.
10. After the steel structure is installed and corrected, the gap between the column bottom plate and the top surface of the foundation shall be grouted twice in time to make the bottom plate and the foundation surface contact and top tight.
11. The whole steel structure shall be accepted according to the requirements of Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering (GB 50205-2001) after installation.
